These files contain calculated (and measured) energies and BE2(0+ --> 2+) for
nuclei between A=18 and 220 that are predicted spherical, as 
reported in ref. [1].  The calculations are done in a box version of the 
self-consistent QRPA.  The files have the format Z,N,  r(calc), r(exp), [rerror]
where r is energy (MeV) or B(E2, 0->2) (e^2 bn^2).  Labelling of the files
is:
